It’s been a while! Sometimes life intervenes.

I have been working on my next book.  Truly I have.  But, life intervenes sometimes.  The book has been mostly done since March or April, but I have had a hard time getting content edits.  I hope to have the content rewritten by the middle of August and have the book final edited by September.  Keep your fingers crossed.  The book cover is done and I will post it soon.  Please keep an eye on my Facebook and Twitter pages.  I update those first because they are easier.

I’m working on a new book!

I have been working on a new book!  I am in the reading it out loud stage.  It is in a new series called The Lochlake Diaries.  I have written it in diary form — as if Wen were talking to the diary.  Stay tuned to find out more about Wen and Musa.  I will let you know when I will have it done.  Hopefully before the end of the year.

It’s Here!

The First Day of Summer

It’s Here!  The eBook version is out!  I’m so excited!

Lexie, a quiet, teenage newspaper carrier in the small Mid-Western town of Ft. Ferree, runs into a boy, Kevin, who knocks her off her feet (literally).  Almost immediately, some surprising twists from their individual pasts push them toward each other and force them to work together for the good of the town.  By the time they are ready to think of each other as boyfriend and girlfriend, they are already up to their eyeballs in a complex paranormal mystery.  By the first day of summer, things come to a head and they are required to take drastic action to save themselves, their friends, and their town.
“The novel has elements of history woven throughout, from Scottish and Celtic to Native American, as well as more than a taste of small-town Americana.  Though the characters, events, and (most) locations are fictional, by the time you finish the book, you’ll feel as if they are quite real.” – JaceCar, Author of Vampirisi series

It Takes So Long…

Who knew it would take so long to publish a book that is done?  I guess that I didn’t type it up correctly and it needed to be stripped down and redone.  Well… hopefully soon…
